As external advisor, I support HR managers, supervisors, or directors with the job application process. I act as a sparring partner with an objective view of the candidate, from an external position.

During the second round, I particularly focus intensively on the personality characteristics of the candidate, and clarify unanswered questions, and ambiguities. Sparring with an external expert about the position and the person provides a broader improved overview of the candidate.
The predictive value of a selection evaluation performed by a very experienced reviewer results in a 70% to 85% clear vision, in regards to the future success of the candidate in performing the job. According to my clients, my sound knowledge of neuropsychology provided a positive contribution to this.
